Why we exist

Most workplaces measure everything — except how their people actually feel.

OrgSense began with a simple conviction: wellbeing is too important, and too dynamic, to capture in a single survey once a year. We turn rigorous organisational science into real-time intelligence leaders can act on, before it costs them their best people.

one connected system.

What we stand for

Four principles,
built into the product.

01

Evidence over instinct

Every instrument, benchmark, and interpretation traces back to peer-reviewed organisational psychology — never a hunch.

02

Confidential by design

Trust is the architecture, not a clause. Honest answers only happen when people can rely on the system holding them.

03

Locally grounded

Built and validated on Caribbean workforce data, so the benchmarks reflect the people actually using them.

04

Action, not reports

Insight only matters if it tells you what to do next. We design for the decision, not the dashboard.

What informed the platform

Built on real
workforce evidence.

OrgSense didn't start from a template. Its norms and benchmarks come from original research with thousands of employees across Trinidad & Tobago.

How it started

From a research programme to a platform.

OrgSense is the meeting point of a decade of science and a clear gap in how organisations listen to their people.

2013 — 2023

A decade of research

A peer-reviewed programme on engagement, burnout, and leadership takes shape: 28 publications and over 1,000 citations behind the instruments.

2024

The gap becomes clear

Across national and sector studies, one pattern repeats: by the time an annual survey flags a problem, it has already shaped who stays and who leaves.

2025

OrgSense is founded

Three founders, three disciplines (science, systems, and storytelling) set out to make wellbeing measurable in real time.
